Role Description

As Digital Marketing Director you are responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for GlobalityNet. This entails developing a holistic approach to the company’s digital marketing efforts in all of its digital channels and managing projects and campaigns.

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution leaning on numbers as a basis and to show progress and results. You are not afraid to make mistakes but actions should be backed by data.

Responsibilities

Design item purple
  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
  • Work with digital marketing vendors and partners.
  • Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels including social media pages.
  • Collaborate closely with sales team in achieving lead generation and sales targets.
  • Measure ROI and KPIs and provide recommendations on underperforming areas.
  • Prepare and manage digital marketing budget.

  • Oversee all the company's social media accounts.
  • Measure and manage online content.
  • Track SEO and present marketing progress data and make complex analysis.
  • Organize and lead digital marketing team.
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • At least 20-40 hours per week, or more if required.
  • This is a contractual position.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in BPO industry
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent of 7 years direct experience
  • 5+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and other social media campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
