Role Description
As Digital Marketing Manager you are responsible for planning, managing and executing the overall digital marketing strategy for GlobalityNet which includes its websites, social media, SEO and SEM. This entails developing a holistic approach to the company’s digital marketing efforts in all of its digital channels and managing projects and campaigns.
Must be proficient with WordPress and in social media management (Instagram, FB, LinkedIn, X) having graphic design experience is a big plus. You should have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution leaning on numbers as a basis and to show progress and results. You are not afraid to make mistakes but actions should be backed by data. Must be an effective leader to motivate and organize a team.
This is a work-from-home opportunity. The right candidate must be willing and able to WFH effectively during California business hours (9am-6pm California time or 12am-9am Philippines time)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy from website to social media.
- Update site content in WordPress.
- Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
- Work with digital marketing vendors and partners.
- Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels including social media pages.
- Collaborate closely with sales team in achieving lead generation and sales targets.
- Measure ROI and KPIs and provide recommendations on underperforming areas.
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts.
- Measure and manage online content.
- Track SEO and present marketing progress data and make complex analysis.
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B, BPO experience a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent of 7 years direct experience.
- 5+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing
- 3+ years experience in WordPress.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and other social media campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
