Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance / Accounting Data Entry specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the finance and accounting departments by entering financial data, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining organized records.
You will work with financial documents, spreadsheets, and accounting software to support day-to-day operations. Attention to detail and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles are crucial for this position.

Responsibilities
- Input financial transactions, invoices, and expenses into accounting software.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
- Collaborate with the finance team for monthly and yearly closings.
- Help with audits and provide necessary data for tax preparations.
- Follow up on discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or data entry.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Stable internet connection for work-from-home setup.
