We’re looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Buyer to support day-to-day procurement operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring materials and services are sourced accurately, on time, and within budget. You’ll play a key role in keeping client operations running smoothly through reliable purchasing execution.

Responsibilities
- Process purchase requests and issue purchase orders to approved suppliers
- Track order status and proactively follow up to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, and Finance teams on purchasing needs
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier documentation in the system
- Help identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing options
- Resolve purchasing-related issues such as delays, shortages, or discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience using ERP systems for purchase order processing and supplier management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear and professional communication with internal teams and vendors
- Ability to work independently and manage purchasing responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Stable internet connection for work-from-home setup.
